Direct photoshoots including sourcing models and photographers, scheduling and art directing. Style backdrops, props and wardrobe. Storyboard shoots. Lead brand refresh and brand style guide. Lead and mentor a team of 10+ freelance, on-site creatives and vendors that include in-house and freelance designers, photographers, videographers to produce high quality work on time that also meets the needs of franchises and ecommerce based on key data points (franchise surveys, ecommerce metrics etc). Facilitate collaboration between marketing, ecommerce, social media and creative teams to inspire business savvy creative.
